Dec 27, 2013 – Stockholm Police Swim Team
This workout begins with 40 minutes of warm-up. The main set is kick-swim-pull with different intensities. The workout ends with POWER. Happy New Year and good luck in 2014!

Coach Stuart on High-Intensity Training
Increasingly, coaches are recognising the evidence growing for high-intensity training (HIT) i.e. that it can produce the same physiological improvements/adaptations as high-volume, low-intensity training for those competing in 100, 200, 400, 800 & 1500m events but in considerably less time.
T2 Aquatics – Friday Afternoon Practice
This practice is typical of a “Friday afternoon” practice. We generally kick and sprint to finish the week! The 200s kick were the main event of the day; the 75s were used to “set it up”.
