Workout from the Fighting Manatee Masters Swim Team in the Florida Keys. This was a more challenging morning for the Manatees as there were quite a few things to remember and pay attention to during the main set.

This Tuesday afternoon both groups basically did the same workout – a kick focused main set with short freestyle pace swims with descending intervals.
