Starting day two of our home-based fall training camp with some kick-pull-swim based recovery in the morning to prepare for another speed endurance focused workout in the evening.

Last practice of the week was an aerobic kicking focused morning session for the National & Junior National groups. We have made good improvements in this area, however, will build “leg strength” over the coming three weeks with a “big” kick set on Saturdays.
Aerobic and speed focused Friday evening session for the National & Junior National squads providing two options for our “event groups” following the same idea of work finishing with a “team effort” and social kicking.

Hump day practice during this active recovery training week included more relaxed aerobic and sprint work for the National & Junior National squads. We split up in two groups for the main chunk of work and finished the evening with a “team float”.
