Wednesday morning pre-travel swim – real short and quick dip before a “full blown” meet warm-up in the evening at the competition venue. Swiss Nationals in Geneva will conclude their mandatory duties and training with the Army group.

Two taper sessions with a "quick dip" in the morning before breakfast and a short speed focused workout in the afternoon. Staying close to the "basics" and keeping the intensity low while looking for high "output" on the sprint efforts . . .
