Friday afternoon workout preparing for our first meet together over the weekend. Although, it was a “training meet” for us, we did set time aside to focus on race skills going through dive and turn progressions.

Workout – Fri, Dec 6 (PM)

“Warm-up – Meet Routine” (45′ minutes):
1500-1800 individual meet warm-up

25 choice sprint from dive
15 choice breakout sprint from dive

6×50 as 1x back kick @1′, 1x free @50″

Skills – Starts:
20′ dive progression

Recovery:
300 choice kick w/fins

Skills – Turns:
10′ turn progression
