May 18, 2015 – Plantation Swim Team
First workout of the week by the Plantation Swim Team. Starting out with a quick one hour morning loosen swim with some speed play.
May 14, 2015 – Plantation Swim Team
This is a yards sprint workout with an aerobic maintenance component.
T2 Aquatics – 4-3-2-1 IM 200s
We had planned on our usual LCM Saturday Am workout, but because of a crazy lightening storm the previous evening, we couldn’t change the lanelines…so we made do with this SCY classic. Going back to our staple 200 IM set.
May 6, 2015 – Podium Swim Club / DCC H.S. – Pre-Conference Workout
We just wrapped up the high school season here in Colorado last weekend.
May 19, 2015 – Scarborough Swim Club
My club has now been temporarily removed from the Pan Am Pool in Scarborough so the games committee can start preparations for the games this summer.
May 18, 2015 – T2 Aquatics – Descending 150s
This is our Monday afternoon workout for the week of May 18. The 150s will be completed by 8-10 athletes, with another 30 athletes swimming 125s on the same interval . . .

We’ve been doing sets like this one, with zero rest going into the Swim portion. A set that I imagine you can find on PSW is 10×200 (250) 50 Free, 50 Kick, 50 Drill, 50 Swim…which is related to the set we did today.
