We got our week started with a set of long course 150’s Back-Breast-Free x50.

 

Nice results this morning. Fastest boy (16) went 147 on the end, with a 153-151 on the pair. Fastest girl (15) was 151 on the end, with a 157, 154 pair. Tonight we will go 30×100 Free on (110) SCY.

What is mean plus 3?

Looking at the this set of 150’s this probably means you go one on 2:35 and then 3 a little faster on 2:20, then 2 on 2:30 and again 2 faster on 2:15, then 3 on 2:25 and finish up with 3 fast on 2:10 which adds up to the total of 12 repeats for this set. The slower intervals could be just making it for active recovery for the faster intervals.
