Warm-up:
3 x 100 @ 1:40 Choice
4 x 100 @ 1:30 Choice
5 x 100 @ 1:20 Choice

8 Rounds:
75 @1:20 25 Fly, 25 Back, 25 Breast
50 @1:00 IMO Focusing on Stroke Count

4 Rounds:
(Rounds 1-3 Best Stroke & 2-4 Free)
3 x 50 @50 Hold Best Average.
150 @3:00 Free DPS Working on Stroke Tech & Stroke Count

100 EZ
