We only swim for an hour in the mornings during the school year. We do a quick warm-up and jump right into a quality set, and warm-down in the morning. This was our Monday morning workout to get the week started.

Workout

Warm-up (3 Rounds):
1 x 100 @1:40 Swim Choice
2 x 50 @1:00 Kick Choice
4 x 25 @40 IMO

6 Rounds:
1 x 100 @2:00 FAST Odd Rds. Free / Even Rds. Best Stroke
1 x 75 @1:30 Free 25 Streamline Kick, 25 Over kick swim loose arms, 25 Over Kick Swim Very Fast Tempo with arms
3 x 25 @40 Very Fast Odds Rds. Free / Even Rds. Best Stroke

6 x 50 @50 Recovery
