Warm-up:
600 swim choice
Main Set:
3×200 free R40”
#1 kick/swim by 50 – #2 drill/swim by 50 – #3 swim
3×100 stroke or IM descend 1.-3. R40”
2×200 free (#1 smooth – #2 strong) R40”
2×100 stroke or IM R40”
200 free strong
100 stroke or IM FAST
Swim Down:
100 easy choice
600 choice swim or pull (w/pullbuoy, paddles optional)
