40 x 50 as 10 each stroke – 5 drill, 5 distance per stroke 1:00
Pre-Set:
10 x 50 desc. 1-5 :45
Main Set:
4 times through
1x 400 IM @ 5:30
2x 200 IM @ 2:45
4x 100 IM @ 1:25
Drill Set:
20 x 25 drill :30 – 5 each stroke
Other:
10 x 25 all out from dive
Warm-Down:
500 choice
