why those sets are always hard for the swimmers so what is it’S physiology effect on the swimmer?
In the case of this morning workout there really isn’t anything hard with increasing the distance during the main set – however does add a little more to the overall volume and the aerobic goal in mind. If it were a hard main set, I would probably go the other way around decreasing the distances instead.
