What target end training 50 time?
During this training camp we did one or several fast 50’s at the end of almost every workout (at least one a day). It was just meant to challenge them and learn to swim fast no matter what time of the day or how they would feel – learn to be race ready when most of the time you aren’t, so when you will be there will be no doubt that you will be fast!
