Dec 30, 2015 – T2 Aquatics

A short, fun resistance practice. We had at least 5 people put up their fastest 25 yards chute ever done in practice. Distance kids don’t normally do chutes, but we did today. They had a lot of fun doing it!

Hi Nico, you forgot my question on the SSD during the 4 x 100 IM drill. Do you know what that means?

Andreas, I needed to get back to Coach Yetter. It means “single single double strokes” with one arm locked out front while the other is holding water thru a pull. This specific drill only applies to the breaststroke of the IM…hope this makes sense.
