Feb 13, 2015 – Greenwood Memorial Swim Club

In case you hadn’t heard, we have had a LOT of snow in New England lately. As a result, we have consistently missed one or two practices a week. In order to keep their endurance up I thought I would give them this challenge.

It was their first time and the swimmers said the hardest part was doing the first set after warm-up and then going into the 200 work. We will be doing this set as one of our revolving test sets every two months now. Hard but great and not a bad Friday the 13th practice!

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.” -Bruce Lee
