We have been doing lots of stroke count 25s and 50s. I’m throwing a few in there during the warm-up. I actually wrote the workout without the 25s and then went back to find a spot for them.
We are committing to getting better at stroke count 25s and 50s this month! 3x800s is a great way to start the week. It’s been a while since we’ve done this and I’m excited to see what the athletes can do on it.

Additional Comments:
I’m going to spend some time getting the athletes into the appropriate lanes for this set. We will probably have 3-4 lanes of sub 5:05 people, then 4 lanes of 5:05-5:25 kids, then 2 lanes going 700s for the first 2 and an 800 on the end.
