This is a short course yards pre-meet loosen up swim workout by the Plantation Swim Team.

2 Rounds:
1 x 250 @4:00 Choice
1 x 200 @3:20 IM 25R, 25L,
8 x 25 @30 IMO

2 Rounds:
3 x 50 @40 FINS Pace Stroke Choice
6 x 25 @40 FINS SPRINT Stroke Choice
1 x 150 @2:00 FINS Smooth DPS Breath Every 7

2 Rounds:
1 x 150 @ 2:00 Free
1 x 150 @ 1:50 Free
1 x 150 @ 1:40 Free

1 x 200 EZ
