Part 1:
400 free w/snorkel as 25 full human paddle drill, 75 DPS
3×100 IM drill (regular, reverse, relay order) R15″

200 as 50 back, 50 free alt. 25 w/fly kick, 25 regular
4×25 UW fly kick w/fins as 1x glide, 1x FAST @1′

Part 2:
10×50 free cruise @55″
10×50 choice kick w/fins @55″

200 as 50 scull (25 feet, 25 head first), 50 back

8×50 free cruise @50″
8×50 choice kick w/fins @50″ [ LP: breast kick @1’05 ]

100 as 25 board scull, 25 kayak

6×50 free cruise @45″
6×50 free w/fins as 25 kick, 25 swim @45″

50 breast grandma style loosen
