200 Loosen (4)

8 rounds of the following:
300 (430) 2 FR Drill 200, S 100; 2 FL/BK/BR
3×50 2 FR (35), 2 FL/BK/BR (40)

2 rounds of the following:
8×75 Race (1) + 50 EZ
R1: FL/BK/BR – R2: FR

6x [2×75 (1) Race + 50 EZ]

* 100 Dive *

6×300 (JPL) Fin
