Looking at Jeremy Linn’s practice…How are the final 6 x 300’s performed?
Great ?.. the (JPL) means that I called challenge as we went through each 300. After a lot of intensity we wanted to see the swimmers restablish some discipline of habits, have some breath control, and feel easy speed.
