This was our mid-week afternoon recovery practice allowing everyone to stretch out during the swim.

Workout

Warm-up:
800 Swim as 400 Free 2 x 200 IM (40 Seconds Rest)
600 Swim as 300 IM by 75 (40 Seconds Rest)
400 Swim as 200 Free 200 IM (40 Seconds Rest)
200 Swim as 100 Free 100 IM

1 Round:
9 x 50 @50 1 Free Build to Fast 3 EZ
9 x 50 @1:00 1 Stroke Choice 3 EZ FREE

2 Round:
4 x 50 10-15 Seconds Rest
100 Back Drill 25R, 25L, 25DA, 25TTP (20-30 Seconds Rest)
