Wednesday AM – Anaerobic Power and Aerobic Capacity
1 x 1200m choice swim with Fins and adding on paddles for last 200m.
Last 200m is a build swim to 80% effort.
> Broken 200m Main stroke with 10sec rest at each 50m!
4 x 800m @ R30 LA1
> Broken 100m Freestyle with fins. Break at 25m only for 10sec. Last 75m straight swim at Max effort! > Goal is to break World Record using Fins! 😉
11 x 100m @ 1:45 Main stroke as Kk/swim/drill/swim
200m kick time trial
> Swim down set – team choice.
