In this Saturday session we are trying to work on breast kick with our entry squad and also some pacing work to try and help them achieve one of their target times.

Discussing with them heels to bum, pull toes up and turn feet out. As the feet sweep out the effort must increase. Finish each kick with legs straight ankles and feet together.
