What target400 free kick MAX for time?
I simply believe that the 400 kick for time gives you a good idea on how fit overall your athletes are – it’s long enough that they need good stamina and short enough for a kicking distance that the power can be held for the full distance. In my opinion every athletes needs to be under 7 minutes. More serious athletes are between 6′-6’30 and the faster ones dip below the 6′ mark.
