Aerobic and sprint focused morning practice for the student-athletes of the sports class. This session providing those athletes with some “extra time” in the pool to get ready and prepare for the hard Tuesday evening session with the rest of the team.

Part 1:
200 as 50 free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags), 25 scull
16×50 free cruise as 6x @50”, 4x @45”, 4x @50”, 2x @40”
100 choice as 75 drill, 25 strong build
4×25 choice as 15 sprint, 10 easy @1’

Part 2:
200 as 50 free DPS w/UW turns, 25 scull
12×50 free cruise as 6x @50”, 4x @45”, 2x @40”
100 choice as 75 drill, 25 strong build
4×25 choice as 12.5 blast, 12.5 easy @1’

Part 3:
200 as 50 free breathe 5, 25 double arm back w/fly kick
8×50 free cruise as 4x @45″, 2x @40″, 2x @50″
100 choice as 75 drill, 25 strong build
4×25 choice float sprint @1′

Part 4:
3×200 free (or back) DPS @3’15
6×50 as 1x back, 1x free breathe 5 @55″
100 as 25 free no breath, 25 scull, 50 double arm back
