Hey Coach, in “50 choice S-T-F (dive & glide on start),” what does S-T-F stand for? thanks so much.
S-T-F stands for Start, Turn, and Finish … in this “module” (Point 0) the intensity is up to the athletes but generally aimed to be an all out effort (“sprint”), although here they simply glide following the dive where it could be a breakout sprint to 12.5 – multiple athletes in one lane going one after another through each step providing the rest interval for everybody. Questions about the Point 0 have come up lately and I’m working on a video providing a visual example.
