Oct 19, 2021 – Swim Regio Solothurn

Following up the previous evening's session with more speed endurance work during our Tuesday morning practice this time aiming to hold tempo for longer by going above race distance. We also included short sprint work at the end of each block this morning to really twitch the "fast fibers . . .
