Oct 2, 2014 – Limmat Sharks Zurich

Both sessions of the day focused on aerobic cruise speed with lots of drill work. There were also smaller elements to build speed for short sprints. We also wanted to work on all strokes and had a good amount of medley work in the morning . . .
