Why have you felt that this set is the most efficient way of improving ‘aerobic capacity’?

Why have you prescribed the same target time for all swimmers?

Although you have tasked the swimmer’s with maintaining a 1:10 pace / 100, I very much doubt their technique will remain consistent through each distance; the set seems a tad confused – what event are you aiming for?
