Apr 13, 2015 – Plantation Swim Team
Beginning third week of Summer training with the first morning practice of summer season. We swim only 1 hour on Monday and Friday morning until school is let out for summer.
Oct 4, 2014 – Limmat Sharks Zurich (Camp Canet 2014)
First workout from last year’s training camp in Canet (FRA). After a long train ride, the goal of this session was to recover from the traveling.
Apr 14, 2015 – Scarborough Swim Club
This is an intense heart rate main set. The swimmers should keep their HR at 180.

Learning about Heart Rate control with the athletes from our Jack Macks squad.
Apr 8, 2015 – Plantation Swim Team
This is a long course workout by the Plantation Swim Team focused on mixed individual medley.
