Thursday morning is only the second and already the “last” session for our student-athletes of the sports class this week. Another relaxed workout as we were just getting started again after many weeks out of the pool.
Relaxed Tuesday morning workout for our student-athletes of the sports class following a long break due to a second shutdown in Switzerland. Mixing aerobic swimming and kicking aiming to get them back into “the groove” as quickly as possible.
Another Thursday starting with an aerobic stroke focused morning workout for our student-athletes and integrating (race) skills work during the evening session with the full group.
Kicking focused Wednesday evening workout for the Senior group in Solothurn.
Tuesday with two aerobic and sprint focused workouts. Both practices today included longer relaxed freestyle swims and plenty of opportunities for the athletes to work on their main strokes during the sprint sets.
Recovery focused Monday evening with an aerobic workout for the Senior group as we moved into the third week of our intrasquad meet series.
Low-end aerobic focused Friday evening workout integrating a “kick-pull-swim” pattern as were heading into the second intrasquad “team challenge” on Saturday morning.
