This Wednesday morning workout was the main “target” session for BS Elite this week. They successfully completed a best average set for some quality threshold work.
Fast Thursday for the SUMSIM group focusing on shorter sprints in the morning and following up with more quality speed work during the afternoon.
Aerobic recovery focused Tuesday morning workout following the fast start into the new week the previous day.
Higher volume day of training for the Sharks this Friday with short rest aerobic freestyle and some main stroke “tempo” sets.
Speed focused Monday afternoon to start this shorter week of training in Bergen as BS Elite will be heading to Luxembourg on Friday morning for a week long camp at the d’Coque.
First session back home in Lund following our 10-day training trip in Bulgaria. We started out again with some relaxed aerobic and skills work following a long day of travels with lots of delays.
Active recovery including a little bit of speed work for all athletes not in our training competition against Bergens Svømme Club this Saturday morning.
Aerobic focused Thursday for the Sharks including a good amount of faster paced kicking with fins and some sprints. During the morning session we were also working on “efficiency” with stroke counts.
Aerobic and speed focused Friday with a regular morning session and a training competition against Bergens Svømme Club (BSC) in the afternoon.
