Good active rest breaststroke main set morning workout this week! We missed doing this main set on Tuesday due to lightening, so we made it happen on Wednesday morning instead.

75 Free (1) hold 43-44 / 45-47 / 48-52 / 53-58
50 Back (50) hold 29-30 / 31-32 / 33-36 / 37-40
25 Fly (40) hold 6 strokes in 12-13 sec /7 strokes in 14-15 / 8 strokes in 16-17

4x: {100 Free (130) + 50 Breast* (1)} @ Half Goal Time plus 3 seconds
4x: {100 Free (135) + 50 Breast **(1)} @ Half Goal Time plus 2 second
4x: {100 Free (140) + 50 Breast*** (1)} @ Half Goal Time plus 1 second
