What target use fly in swim down? I know fly a strenght stroke
SA strokes were our focus for the week and it wasn’t all full stroke. Also at this time in the season, the intensity overall is mostly low and the swim down ends up being “just another set” of the whole workout.
What target use fast in swim down?
Anything fast in the swim down section that day was done kicking…this was simply to make sure they keep their HR at the right pace and won’t do the whole 400 as social kick. The distances are too short here to really have an impact with this type of work beforehand.
