T2 Aquatics – Friday Afternoon Practice

This practice is typical of a “Friday afternoon” practice. We generally kick and sprint to finish the week! The 200s kick were the main event of the day; the 75s were used to “set it up”.

Friday December 20, 2013 – PM

4x: 125 Free (140) + 2×50 Back (50) + 3×25 Breast (40) 125s=1-2in / 50s 10K off walls / 25s proper SL

3x: 150 Pull (2) + 2×75 Pull (1) + 2×25 (30) 150s=5th / 75s=strong / 25s=fast

4x: 75 Free (105) + 75 Back-Breast-Free (110) + 75 Kick*(115) Descend the kick 75s 1-4

3x: 1×200 Free (230) + 1×200 Free IM (245) + 1×200 Kick**(3) Descend the kick 200s 1-3

4x: 4×50 (45) Every 4th Fast*

1x: 200 easy
