what effect main sets?
Which one? There are three different days in this post. But the introduction in the beginning sums it up what the goal for this time of the season was.
“One of my goals for the team this season has been to get on a faster interval for our aerobic base sets. I’m all for not worrying about intervals and making every stroke count. But most of the times, most athletes won’t swim hard enough during the aerobic base work.”
