Hey coach, what is “XOR”? thanks in advance!
XOR is a boolean logic operation that compares two input bits and generates one output … it stems from my computer science background and basically provides the athletes with the option to do one or the other (or both tasks in this example) tasks – i.e.: on the reset part at the end during the 3×50 free the athletes either decrease the number of strokes or breaths or do both at the same time.
