A short practice session. Coming off Spring Break training, and a meet tomorrow, we ease up on the guys a little!
Coming back from Spring Break we continued the hard work. A mix of sets for the guys.
As we begin to move through the early stages of the Summer Long Course Season; our focus has primarily been on aerobic and anaerobic development.
Our last day of Spring Break training - we break the guys up into the Sprint and Distance groups and really work them a little bit . . .

Day three of Spring Break training. We start with a dryland session and did some plyometrics, weights, and core work.
Our second day of Spring Break training. A longer day, sprint work mixed with some good aerobic swimming.
