Early Monday morning swim to start week seven with the athletes of Team Armee at BASPO in Magglingen. Relaxed aerobic workouts in the pool to get the day underway. Our main session today were the weights in the afternoon.

2×150 free as 50 kick, 50 pull, 50 swim R15”
200 as 100 free breathe 3-5 by 50, 50 back, 50 free breathe 7
300 choice kick w/fins as 75 smooth, 25 (15 build, 10 blast)
3×100 as 25 scull, 75 free DPS R15”
2×150 choice as 50 kick, 50 drill, 50 swim R15”
200 as 50 fly 1-1-1 (no breath on full strokes), 25 SA-combo, 25 double arm back
100 w/fins as 25 UW fly kick FAST, 75 back easy
