Wednesday morning “active recovery” style practice going through a 2k kicking set and some short fly & breast tempo work. Intervals were on the easier side, allowing for plenty of rest and solid efforts during the kick set.

750 Pyramid as 50-25-100-50-150-75-200-100 alt. back DPS, free overkick
20×100 as 5+1, 4+1, 3+1, 2+1, 1+1
5-4-3-2-1: free kick @2′
+1: fly OR breast kick @2’10
2 rounds of the following:
4×25 free no breath @50″
4×25 fly OR breast w/flutter kick @40″
100 free breathe 4-3-2-1 per 25
100 as 25 fly OR breast w/flutter kick, 25 double arm back
50 kayak + 3-5 bobs
WORKOUT TOTAL: 3600
