May 12, 2018 – Podium Swimming – High School Day 60 – Taper Day 11 – Post Conference Championships

After winning our Conference meet we needed a wake up swim on Saturday.

It was a tough two days of swimming and we needed to stay loose. While it’s technically our 11th day of swimming on taper, we’re really 14 days or so into it. The Conference meet is one week before State Championships and we do miss a couple days of training.

A short, 1 hour session. Just some easy swimming to stretch it out. Some drill, and DPS work. A little kicking. But all very easy and aerobic at best. Just keeping the guys moving and loose.
