This workout was a LCM practice designed to increase aerobic capacity in our T2 athletes. Nice way to start the week!

Workout

1000 Warmup (400 Free + 300 Kick-Drill + 200 Pull + 100 Back-Breast)

200 Kick (420)
8×50 Fast Free Kick (1)

200 {50 human stroke + 50 DBL arm back}

400 Pull (540) 3.5.7.5 breathing pattern
4×200 Pull (250) descend 1-4

Main Series:
7×100 Free (125)*
Rest 30
7×100 Free (120)**
Rest 30
7×100 Free (115)***
Rest 60
7×100 Free (130)****

400 Swim down (50 Choice + 50 Back)

WORKOUT TOTAL: 6200
