25 Choice with 4x loops around rope at 12.5 – R: 8x push-ups, 12x squats
It’s pretty much what is says. I pulled a rope over the lane lines in the middle of the pool and they had to tumble around it. And since this didn’t really cope well with intervals, we made their rest to be some dryland exercises.
