Optional Saturday morning session for the athletes to do by themselves as we couldn’t train together at the BASPO. Really focused on recovery and “nice & short”, so they could also enjoy the time at home.

Pace focused Thursday with a "building" session in the morning preparing for the "main event" in the evening. Both workout follow a "resembling" structure while the intensity was supposed to be much higher in the evening . . .

Friday with two aerobic focused workouts. A shorter session in the morning with some sprint work before the guys had to take the "Army Fitness Test" and mostly aiming at aerobic recovery in the afternoon . . .

Mid-week morning recovery session with some “longer” pulling and breath control work. The water was a little chilly this morning, so we had to cut down on the “floating drills” time in the end.
