Shorter speed focused Tuesday afternoon session with some dive efforts to start and lots of short sprints. We only had time for a short “HIIT” type of dry warm-up to get the HR up and the athletes ready to go.

Optional Saturday morning session for the athletes to do by themselves as we couldn’t train together at the BASPO. Really focused on recovery and “nice & short”, so they could also enjoy the time at home.
