Good session with the IM and Sprint team. Solid warm-up – including work on breakouts. Then, the main sets. Lots of quality work. Good amounts of rest.

Distance practice with a focus on aerobic freestyle working on race pace at the end of the session.
Coach Stuart – 50 Ultra-Short Race-Pace Training
The session focuses on the 50 Frontcrawl event. It begins with a mindful warm-up and includes preparation to race prior to the main USRPT set.

Introduction to the concept of “Vertical Dynamic Motion (VDM)” through an early summer season general fitness practice with a couple kick sets. Following this workout there was a core focused dryland for the group.
