Low-end aerobic afternoon session to start the fifth week of training for the Army group. We continued to mix in short speed work throughout the practice while also using build work to slowly get comfortable at faster aerobic paces again . . .

First time going doubles again with two aerobic focused sessions after a day of lifesaving training in and out of the pool for the athletes (and the coaches). More relaxed and shorter morning before a "regular" workout in the afternoon . . .
