Aerobic freestyle focused afternoon workout from the Junior team. It’s part of a set of training sessions that were held during a 15-day preparation phase before a competition.

This morning workout from the Junior team pays particular attention to the butterfly stroke and can easily be adapted for backstroke or breaststroke specialists.
