Aerobic focused Wednesday session for the Junior & Senior athletes starting with our “Point 0” before splitting into different groups for the “main chunk” of work this evening.
Aerobic and “recovery” focused Tuesday for the Senior group in Solothurn. The morning workout with the student-athletes of the sports class included some sprint work through the first part and main stroke work through the second half.
Relaxed start into the new week with an aerobic focused Monday evening session including some sprint work by implementing race skills through the different “S-T-F 50’s”.
Last one, fast one! Finishing this week of training in Solothurn with a race pace focused morning session including overspeed work.
Recovery focused Friday afternoon following a “kick-pull-swim” pattern and also including race skills for a bit of speed work with each part to keep everybody sharp.
Thursday morning continuing our mix of relaxed aerobic and speed work while also focusing on main stroke with the student-athletes of the sports class.
Wednesday evening with a kicking focused session including race skills for the Junior & Senior group.
This Tuesday morning session started with speed work through the first part and focused on aerobic stroke (breast & fly) work during the second part.
Aerobic and sprint focused Monday evening session for the Junior and Senior group. Overall a rather relaxed workout with our first session back training long course.
Second Saturday morning meet simulation practice for the Senior and Junior group.
