Relaxed start into the new week this Monday with an aerobic focused afternoon workout. Everybody followed the same warm-up before splitting into groups for the main part of the session.

Second week back to school after the summer break for our athletes and we’re starting our early morning workouts again. Overall aerobic focused day of training starting with a circuit style session incorporating a lot of kicking.
