Friday with an aerobic focused morning workout and a tough threshold session in the evening. Today also had a lot of different “options” for different people during both practices.
Aerobic and sprint focused first part this afternoon with a new “experiment” titled #FreePlayFriday during the second half of the workout.
Aerobic focused Thursday afternoon with just a few short sprints. This was also the last workout with the Corona pandemic shutting down programs in Norway.
Aerobic focused Thursday with two rather relaxed sessions working on stroke count & efficiency.
Mid-week racing focused morning session for all of our athletes. We provided options & suggestions for all parts of the workout with the final decision left to the athletes.
Two part aerobic focused Thursday afternoon workout for the SUMSIM group. Breaking up the monotony with our “Point 0” in the middle of the session.
Two aerobic focused workouts this Tuesday incorporating a little more kicking in the morning and some speed work during the afternoon session.
Threshold focused Wednesday evening workout for the Sharks. Starting with “a thousand on the house” to provide everybody time to prepare for the “main sets”.
Relaxed start into the new week this Monday with an aerobic focused afternoon workout. Everybody followed the same warm-up before splitting into groups for the main part of the session.
