Aerobic focused day of training for the SUMSIM group with a circuit style session in the morning and a more “aerobic tempo” based workout in the afternoon.
Aerobic focused Monday evening session including some speed work to start the new week of training for the Sharks.
Sprint focused Monday afternoon finishing with a shorter & relaxed aerobic part to help with recovery.
Fast Saturday morning workout for the Sharks to finish this week of training. Today was a little more speed focused but as yesterday evening our aim was to work on threshold.
Aerobic focused Saturday with two sessions including some tempo and speed work to close out this week of training for the SUMSIM group.
Friday with an aerobic focused morning workout and a tough threshold session in the evening. Today also had a lot of different “options” for different people during both practices.
Aerobic and sprint focused first part this afternoon with a new “experiment” titled #FreePlayFriday during the second half of the workout.
Aerobic focused Thursday afternoon with just a few short sprints. This was also the last workout with the Corona pandemic shutting down programs in Norway.
Aerobic focused Thursday with two rather relaxed sessions working on stroke count & efficiency.
Mid-week racing focused morning session for all of our athletes. We provided options & suggestions for all parts of the workout with the final decision left to the athletes.
